Overview
MyPrim helps customers discover beauty and grooming businesses, book appointments, manage profiles, and use AI-assisted beauty features. Businesses use MyPrim to manage services, staff, appointments, reviews, analytics, and subscriptions.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, role, language preference, and authentication status.
- Booking details such as selected business, service, staff member, date, time, status, cancellation, reschedule, and review information.
- Business details such as shop name, services, prices, promotions, staff, manager records, analytics, and subscription status.
- Optional AI beauty inputs such as uploaded photos, selected preferences, and analysis results when you choose to use AI features.
- Device and notification data such as push notification tokens, app version, crash diagnostics, and security logs needed to operate the app.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide bookings, account access, business dashboards, staff scheduling, notifications, AI features, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.
Sharing
We share booking and profile information only where needed to operate the service, for example between customers and the selected business. We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, notifications, and payment processing.
Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account deletion from inside the app or by contacting privacy@myprim.app. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Children
MyPrim is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Users should not create accounts or submit personal data if they are not allowed to use the service.
