Use of MyPrim
By using MyPrim, you agree to use the app lawfully, provide accurate account information, respect appointment rules, and avoid misuse of customer, business, staff, review, or AI features.
Customers
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct business, service, staff member, date, and time. Businesses may set cancellation, reschedule, pricing, and service rules that apply to appointments.
Businesses, Managers, and Staff
Businesses are responsible for accurate service listings, prices, promotions, staff records, appointment handling, customer communication, and compliance with local laws. Managers and staff may only access business data they are authorized to use.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled according to Apple terms and the subscription information shown in the app.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and relevant. MyPrim may remove content that is abusive, fake, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to a real booking experience.
AI Features
AI outputs are suggestions only and may be inaccurate. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should make their own decisions before acting on AI-generated recommendations.
Intellectual Property
MyPrim, its design, brand, software, text, and product experience are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, impersonate, or misuse MyPrim or business listings.
